Whether you decide to hike through the valley or take a trip only for sunset, you will have an incredible experience.
The best sunset viewpoint is actually in the Red Valley Viewpoint, with views out across both the Rose and Red Valleys. In the late afternoon, you will notice people setting up chairs, enjoying a drink, and getting ready to take in the beautiful colors marking the end of the day.

Experience The Rose Valley From Above On A Hot Air Balloon Flight
An unforgettable experience, hot air balloon rides are one of the top things to do in the Rose Valley.
When booking your trip, the most important thing to ask is whether the pilot flies through the valley or simply up into the sky. For the best views, you should embark on your journey at sunrise, when the valley’s skies are filled with balloons. A flight through the valley at sunrise is the best of the two options.
For travelers visiting in summer, an annual International Hot Air Balloon festival takes place (in July or August), with hundreds of balloons taking off over three days.
